No one did. And in fact I had considered it, and at one point even began drafting a letter to send to Jane White herself, asking for an interview -- I was going to write it up for my blog for starters (I know you'd all be fascinated) and then see if I could work it into a decent, publish-quality article, and if I could, then I would think about expanding it further into a book. Unfortunately, I have absolutely no experience with nonfiction writing of this sort, and no training in research methods. I have very little faith in my ability to actually do such a thing properly. But it was a dream of mine...
